What you'll do :

Effectively listen and identify customer needs to communicate and offer additional products and services to enhance the customer's travel experience.

Capture customers without reservations to increase market share. Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment and problem-solving skills to provide a memorable experience to delight the customer.

Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations and any concerns they may have.

Selling additional products along with your general yield will contribute to your own financial success as you will earn your hourly rate an incentive bonus every month based on your sales! We offer Professional Sales Training to help you build your sales skills so no need to worry about prior experience as we can help train you to be a high sales performer (if you are willing to be trained).

In addition to renting the cars out, there will be periods of time where you will also detail and clean the cars when flights are not coming in.

Equipment, training, and all things needed to detail are provided to you for your success! This position will also require after your first 3 or so months independent work abilities.

Due to the size of the airport, there will be times of the day in which you could be alone after a co-worker leaves for the day, so individual responsibility and independence is a must!

We lastly ask for the willingness to travel to other store locations! You will be able to drive our rental cars to the other locations, won't pay for gas, and will also be paid to do the driving!

What we're looking for :

• Flexibility to work : days, evenings, and or weekends . We always provide 2-days off in a row in a 7-day period.
• High School Diploma (or GED).
• Valid and insurable Driver's License.
• Effective verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills with customers, co-workers and management.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to use proven sales techniques while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality.
